I was born in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia. My family came to the United States when I was less than two years old. After graduation from the University of Toronto, I spent a year in Prague, Czech Republic, teaching English. Law school . . . and horses brought me to Montana. My grandmother, Alzbeta, is my inspiration, as a strong woman and as a Lutheran. She brought me to the faith when I visited her during the summers in Bratislava. I found American Lutheran Church shortly after arriving in Billings last September and all of you have made me feel welcome and part of the family. I am very excited to work with the wonderful young people that come weekly to the youth group, and with the other three youth leaders. 'And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.' 1 Corinthians 13:13
