Kris Aschim

I was born and raised in Columbus, MT where my parents still live. I have one younger brother who lives in Belgrade with his wife and my niece and nephew. Upon graduation from high school, I attended MSU-Billings and received a degree in Business Marketing and a Masters degree in Public Relations. During my undergraduate work, I spent a semester abroad in Sydney, Australia. Currently I work for KULR-8 Television as the Promotions Director. My friend, Jodi Hathaway, introduced me to the American Lutheran family about two months ago. You have all made me feel welcome and inspired me to grow my faith even more. Despite the sore arm I have each week from dodge ball, I look forward to spending more time with the kids. My hopes for our youth group is to make them aware of the situations and circumstances in which our faith can be tested and teach them how to stay strong and follow God's word.
