Church Membership

If you have worshipped with us at American Lutheran Church, then you are already a part of the body of Christ! You are welcome to participate in the various programs and events offered by our congregation.

Beyond participation in Sunday worship services, many people feel called to make a public statement of their faith through church membership. Prospective new members attend a series of three Sunday morning classes, designed to help you feel more connected and more informed. After the three classes, we celebrate New Member Sunday with a reception and introductions on the fourth week.

Benefits of the New Member Classes:
-meet the ALC staff
-get to know your fellow new members
-learn about what's going on at ALC
-hear about various volunteer opportunities
-find out what it means to be "Lutheran"
-add your name to our congregational mailing list
