Our Story
American Lutheran Church is a welcoming, Christ-centered community rooted at the corner of Division and Lewis in Billings, MT. We’re a Reconciling in Christ congregation committed to creating a wide and inclusive welcome for all. Our life together is shaped by worship, service, and meaningful relationships that connect people of all ages and backgrounds.

With a newly remodeled and fully accessible sanctuary, we continue to adapt our ministry to meet the needs of our members, our neighbors, and the wider Billings community. For more than 120 years, ALC has stepped boldly into each new season—guided by God’s grace and the call to share Christ’s love.

Today, we remain dedicated to growing deep in faith and reaching wide with the love of Christ as we carry this legacy forward.
